We constantly aim to improve our practises in everything we do and will always consider the most responsible action over cost.

Although under the current circumstances a lot of individual single use items have had to be brought in, we have tightened our resolve in other areas where we can improve. Did you know that the entire Café area is heated by wood burning stoves which offer much lower carbon emissions than contemporary fossil fuels. When you couple this with the fact that our wood is locally sourced it makes the Carbon Emission virtually neutral.
